COMBATING OBESITY

Combating OBESITY"Obesity occurs due to an unbalanced intake to discharge, resulting in accumulation of fat tissue"

Overweight (obesity) is the excessive weight which is the result of the accumulation of fat tissue.  

The cause of obesity can be classified into two categories, namely factors that can not be changed (genetic abnormalities, hormonal, sindromal), and the factors that can be changed (physical activity, relaxed lifestyle, eating habits and the environment)

For the cause of obesity due to genetic factors (heredity), if both parents were obese, then chances are their children participate fat by approximately 80 percent. If one parent overweight, then the possibility of 40 percent. Meanwhile, when both parents are not overweight, then it is likely to have only 14 percent of obese children.

Physical activity, relaxed lifestyle, eating habits and environment, is also very supportive of obesity. Children are less physically active are more likely than active obese. Habit of eating foods high in fat, also allows the children are obese. Moreover, can be supported by the environment in which the family liked to eat excessive. 
Preventing obesity, among others:

1. Respect your appetite (do not need to eat)2. If possible, avoid raw foods and sweet3. Limit the number of high-calorie foods at home4. Provide a healthy diet with the amount of calories derived from fat as much as 30 percent or less5. Do not make the process of eating to calm myself.6. Do not change the food that was not finished with sweets or biscuits.7. Reduce the activities of watching television or activity that is passive.
