CHOOSING SHOES FOR CHILDREN

Of the ten children, eight of them have problems with his legs due to the use of shoes that do not match. Shoes that do not fit, can cause calluses, bunion, and ingrown toenails. Shoes that fit is very important, because young bones in the feet are not perfect child until the age of 18 years to harden or more.

Parents can find out there is a problem or not the child's feet, with a view certain sections where the shoe is more worn or used more frequently. If at the toe shoes somewhat ascending, maybe his shoes are too big. And if at the side of the foot is more worn than other parts of shoes, maybe the shoes are too small.

Tips on choosing shoes:

- Make sure there is space left at least 1.5 cm between the tip of your toes with the shoe.

- Try a little toe touching the ankle, because if too high can cause small blisters on the feet (blisters), if too short, may be easily separated.

- We recommend that you buy shoes in the afternoon because feet tend to grow 5-8 percent after a day.
 - Encourage the child and when choosing shoes, because they will feel happy to be given freedom of choice. The shoe fits or not can be known by the way try it out first.
