SKIN CARE TIPS

1. Protect your skin from sun exposure
If you must be outdoors and exposed to sunlight, try to wear long-sleeved shirt, wearing a protective umbrella and use sun cream.

2. Apply a healthy lifestyle
Watch your diet and avoid eating too much fatty food. A lot of eating fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly are able to launch the body metabolism and nourish the skin.

3. Get plenty of rest
Often sleeping too late can make skin dull and greasy. In addition, the skin become less rest, and turnover of skin cells (skin regeneration) also inhibited.

4. Use moisturizer
If the skin feels tight, it means need moisturizer. Choose a moisturizer that right because the wrong moisturizer can actually clog pores and make skin look dull.
